  1. The customer scans the QR code on your tablet with the Joyn app on his smartphone.<\/li>\n
  2. Your customer chooses an available reward and presses \u2018Redeem\u2019. These points are now automatically deducted from the customer\u2019s points total.<\/li>\n
  3. You enter the amount and confirm with the button \u2018Save and pay points\u2019.<\/li>\n
  4. You will be given the opportunity to change the amount before confirming and indicate that your customer wants to pay with Monizze.<\/li>\n
  5. The payment options available in your store appear on the tablet (meal vouchers, eco vouchers or gift vouchers).<\/li>\n
