You can create a birthday campaign in the Joyn merchant portal quickly and easily by completing the steps below:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.staging.joyn.eu<\/a>) and log in. <\/li>\n
  2. Open the \u2018Campaigns\u2019 tab. <\/li>\n
  3. Choose \u2018+ Create new campaign\u2019. <\/li>\n
  4. Select the \u2018Birthday\u2019 option and name your campaign.<\/li>\n
  5. Now you can start filling the content of your campaign. You decide when the customer celebrating his\/her birthday receives the congratulatory message and at what time the email will be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    TIP:<\/strong> Be sure to include a coupon in your congratulations. A small gift from their favourite merchant will only make their special day even more special!<\/p>\n
