How can I correct this?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When you\u2019re busy, forgetting a comma or entering a digit too many or too short when awarding points is an easy mistake to make. Fortunately, this is easily corrected.<\/p>\n<p>The customer is still present (only for iPad):<\/p>\n<p>1. Open your iPad\u2019s settings by pressing the gear icon or the three dashes in the top corner.<br \/>2. Select \u2018Transactions\u2019 to see an overview of your most recent transactions. If requested, scan the customer\u2019s card again.<br \/>3. Press the bin icon next to the transaction you want to delete.<br \/>4. Confirm by pressing the \u2018Delete\u2019 button.<br \/>5. Press \u2018Start\u2019 or \u2018Scan card\u2019.<br \/>6. Enter the correct number of points and have your customer scan again to collect them.<\/p>\n<p>The customer has already left the shop or you are using an Android tablet or a smartphone:<\/p>\n<p>1. Open your merchant portal (<a href=\"https:\/\/auth.staging.joyn.eu\/auth\/realms\/joyn-accounts\/protocol\/openid-connect\/auth?client_id=merchant-portal&amp;redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fbusiness.staging.joyn.eu&amp;state=f86ad299-acc0-4d17-af1b-81b42f70057f&amp;response_mode=fragment&amp;response_type=code&amp;scope=openid&amp;nonce=33da2599-8522-45e6-a97f-1f8b5b456988&amp;ui_locales=nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">business.staging.joyn.eu<\/a>) and log in.<br \/>2. Find the customer.<br \/>3. Scroll down until you see personal history.<br \/>4. Press the bin icon next to the transaction you want to delete.<br \/>5. Confirm by pressing the \u2018Remove transaction\u2019 button.<br \/>6. Press the \u2018Add points\u2019 button.<br \/>7. Enter the correct number of points.<br \/>8.
