Why can’t I switch to the new Joyn Business App yet?

There are a few requirements for downloading the Joyn Business app on your tablet.

• You’ll need iPadOS 12.3 or later, or
• You’ll need Android 6.0 or later, and
• You can’t hand out city points and/or chances to win.
