Can I manually add points to a customer from within my Joyn merchant portal?

You can manually award points to a customer from your merchant portal by completing the steps below:

1. Open business.staging.joyn.eu and log in.
2. Go to the ‘Customers’ tab.
3. Find the relevant customer.
4. Click on the customer’s name.
5. Scroll to ‘Transactions’.
6. Click the ‘Add points’ button.
7. Enter the number of points you want to award to this customer.
8. Press the ‘Confirm’ button.
